I am a student first and teacher second. My career in teaching began when I was a poet ready to age out of youth slam poetry. Now with over 8 years of experience working in public schools, private institutions, universities and more, I bring a warm approach to the role of an arts educator. I truly believe that everyone has a story to tell and I have devoted my career to nurturing the voices of others and elevating their confidence through self expression.
I am skilled in curriculum building, workshop development and facilitation, building safer spaces, emotional response, and providing an energetic persona.
